We understand that things happen, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment. If we do not receive a 24 hour notice, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the full service amount.


If you do not call and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you are a repeat offender we will require a credit card to be on file, otherwise you will be restricted from booking future appointments . We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours (and our other clients’ time) as well.

A credit card will be required to book appointments of $100 or more & will be charged according to our cancellation policy if we do not receive adequate notice of appointment changes or cancellations.
